How do I use it?

First add Yapı Kredi’s menu to the Mobile Banking menu on your SimPlus card:

  • After you insert your SimPlus card in your cell phone, select the “Turkcell Menu.” Next, select “Financial Services” and then “Mobile Banking.”
  • After that, select “Menu Update” and then “List Update.” On your cell phone display screen, a list of institutions that provide financial services through Turkcell will appear.
  • In approximately one minute, updates to the list will be sent via SMS, which says “service list updated.”
  • Then select “Service Installation.” The heading “YAPIKREDI” will appear on your cell phone’s display screen.
  • Now select “YAPIKREDI” to complete your transaction. The Yapı Kredi menu will be added to your Mobile Banking menu in five minutes or less.
